The Al Gharbia Photography Contest aims to encourage the youth of Al Gharbia and the UAE to develop their talents whilst capturing the spirit of Al Gharbia's stunning beaches and the watersports festival action. The Al Gharbia Photography Competition is open to amateurs and professionals who can shoot the most awe-inspiring images of the Western Region. Competitions will be held throughout the year during each festival season.
For the Watersports Festival the categories are Sport, Natural Scenery and Wildlife.
